  • The app is your “go to” resource for individualized information based on where you are in your journey, always encouraging continued steps of growth.

    It also has some features (all in one place) that link to your areas of ministry, bible reading, worship and more.

  • The “My Journey” tab is the heart of the app. It’s where you can receive personalized messages and also be encouraged towards next steps of growth and opportunity. This is where you will see the badges on your personal dashboard, celebrating each step along the way.

  • Wait 24 hours, try again, if it’s still not working email info@journeybible.org.

  • Be sure to read the basic criteria above in the badge descriptions. Upon reading that, you might know what to do and who to contact to get it lit. If you still unsure, email us at info@journeybible.org

  • Your information is secure! Feel free to read the Privacy Policy.

    The new app takes the information you choose to provide or have already given, and utilizes it to display information that is most relevant to you.

  • There are a few still using our former app known as “church center”. This app is still relevant if you are in a leadership/serving position, so it may still make sense to keep it downloaded - it’s definitely not essential, though!

  • Select staff and leaders are able to see where you are at in your journey – in order to shepherd more effectively. It’s helpful for leadership to see and celebrate key steps and growth opportunities!

Wait, what’s this all about?

At Journey, it’s our dream that every person would be growing as a Passionate Follower of Christ. This takes discipleship, connection, key experiences, and a pursuit of God daily. As a Church, we are called to help one another take their next step - and that’s where the App comes in.

“My Journey” is your, well, journey.

So why a new mobile app? The app is the go-to place for our members to stay connected and in-the-know - To help members grow in their faith and stay connected to our church family like never before.

Step 1 | Download the Journey Bible App Found in the Google Play or IOS Store

Step 2 | Verify your identity using your phone number or email

Step 3 | Start scrolling through personalized and relevant content

After downloading the App, you’ll see some icons under your photo…so what are those all about?

These icons represent your “personal dashboard”, which will highlight and celebrate the steps you have taken and encourage you to take your NEXT STEP.

BAPTISM

We believe that baptism by immersion is the best wat to express your faith and follow Jesus’ example.

Your baptism icon will turn on once you’ve been baptized by immersion at Journey Bible Church. If you have been baptized by immersion outside of Journey Bible Church, please let us know.

WORSHIP

We believe that in order to grow in our faith, we should actively and regularly worship in community of believers. We have a couple of indicators of regular attendance such as when you check in to serve or you check a child into our Kids/Students Ministry or check in on your dashboard on a Sunday morning.

Your worship icon will turn on if you have attended service 3 times in a rolling 8 weeks. If you have attended regularly and your badge bar is not lit, please contact your Connections Minister.

GROUPS

We believe that we weren’t meant to live life alone. God uses community centered around the Word as an essential means for our growth.

The Groups icon will light if an individual is on a roster of an active Study, Support or Journey Group. If your icon is not lit, please contact your group leader.

SERVE

We believe serving others is one of the most effective ways to live out your faith and an important ingredient for growth. In a world focused on personal gain, there is perhaps no greater way to show others what a life devoted to Christ is about.

Your Serve icon will turn on when you’ve been added to a serving roster at Journey Bible Church.

GIVE

Giving is a biblical principle designed to teach us to trust God daily for our provisions. When we give, we

demonstrate our reliance and gratitude to God for all that He provides for us and we reflect his generous character.

Your Give icon will turn on if you have given for the first time and then as you continue to give.

SHARE

We believe in the value of sharing your story and telling others about Jesus. We have created a place for you to share what God has done in your life with others. We are called to be a witness, testifying to others about our faith in Jesus (Acts 1:8).

Your Share icon will turn on after submitting a life story.

DISCIPLE

We believe that each of us is called to the ministry of discipleship for kingdom advancement and multiplication. When we begin to care for another’s spiritual growth and pass on what we have received in Christ, we grow as individuals while also helping another in their faith journey.

Your Disciple icon will light when you are responsible for discipling another.
